Verlon & Melodee Fosner have been in church leadership for 35 years. In 2004, they planted an urban neighborhood Agape’ Feast Church. Within a year, hundreds of secular friends were gathering around their tables, talking about Jesus. What began as an urban Dinner Church spread into a multi-site Dinner Church, and then expanded into a national Dinner Church Collective. In 2014, Verlon received a Doctoral degree for his research on “The Dinner Church of the Apostolic Era.” He’s written several books on emerging ideas and practices, including Dinner Church: Building Bridges by Breaking Bread and Welcome to Dinner, Church.
