There's ministry, and there's The Ministry. We always knew that.

Now we're learning it again....

October 12, 2017—a Thursday—a network of peers, mentors and sages gather to tell stories, ask questions, and connect with others who are redeeming, reclaiming, and reframing the M word.

SANDI WAGNER HORINE

Sandi Wagner Horine grew up in the household of a United Methodist Pastor and Missionary. She worked in churches for two decades. So, Sandi knew what was up….

No hard feelings, but she walked away from that to become a school counselor — 12 years now — in a 100% free lunch high school with a large population of homeless students.

Sandi says she's never worked harder, never felt more in the “ministry” even though her paycheck is not coming from a church.

Sandi’s spouse, Mark, is a teacher in an urban Cincinnati school. They raised two daughters and a son.
